    I hereby release employers, schools or individuals from all liability when responding to inquiries in connection with my application.
    In the event I am temporarily employed, I understand that false or misleading information given in my application or interview may result in discharge.

  • INDEPENDENT CONTRACT DRIVER AGREEMENT

  • This is not a permanent employment position and under no circumstances may it be construed as such.
    As an Independent Contract Driver, I shall perform work as required by the Company including weekends and/or full time which may require working overtime. This shall not be construed as a permanent relationship.
    Should the labor requirement be reduced for any reason whatsoever, it will be at the employer's discretion as to how the work will be allocated and to whom. These decisions will be based upon performance and not necessarily the length of service. The Independent Contract Driver will be informed in advance if his/her services will or will not be required.
